Therapy Services
Dr. Thelemaque offers therapy to adults over the age of 18 in California and Virginia. My rates are comparable to (and even lower than) market standards or rates for licensed psychologists in the Bay Area. These costs are used to cover the cost of running a small business.
If a session goes over the time limit, there is an additional $50 charge for every 10 minutes.

Insurance
If you have insurance, Dr. Thelemaque is not currently in-network with any insurance companies. You can check your policy for the specific guidelines and reimbursement policies for out-of-network providers. If you choose to pay out-of-pocket for services, you are provided you with invoices and superbills that you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance.
Consultation or Workshops
Rates vary depending on several factors including the length of the presentation, consultation relationship, and the content development.

Dr. Thelemaque prioritizes speaking engagements, workshops, and other professional service; however, she is open to other opportunities including teaching and supervision.
Payments
Payment is due at the start of each therapy or workshop session via credit card payment.*
*Note: There may be a 3% service fee for credit card payments.
Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss or do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment and insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
