Fees and Payments

Fees

We are flexible in pricing and an accommodate the financial circumstances of the people who want to work with us. We use a sliding fee scale and our services range from $100 to $200 for individual therapy and $75 to $150 for coaching services. There is a lower rate for coaching than for individual therapy due to the nature of the work completed, and our rates are comparable to licensed psychologists in the Bay Area. Of note, there is a flat consultation fee that is at the lower range of the sliding scale. Please contact us for more information on our current rates.

Our sliding fee scale is determined by income, and we ask that you provide some proof of income (e.g., a pay stub, offer letter, or any other official document that verifies your income) during the first consultation meeting.

For consultation, our rates vary depending on several factors and we like to be sensitive to your budget needs.  

Payments

Payment is due at the start of each coaching or therapy session. We accept credit card payments.*

*Note: There is a 3% service fee for credit card payments.

Insurance

If you have insurance, we are not currently in-network with any insurance companies. You can check your policy for the specific guidelines and reimbursement policies for out-of-network providers. If you choose to pay out-of-pocket for services, we can provide you with invoices that you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance (if possible).

Cancellations

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss or do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment and insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
